Terms & Conditions

The terms for ordering through this site. The short version: you build an order here, you collect it at our counter, and you pay either at the counter or online.

Last updated: 2 September 2026

Who you are ordering from

This site is run by Platter Healthy Food Meals Company, a restaurant in Kuwait. Placing an order here means you accept these terms.

Pickup only

Every order placed on this site is for collection at our counter. We do not deliver from here.

The Talabat and Keeta buttons on the welcome screen open those companies' own apps. An order you place there is between you and them, under their terms and their prices — it never reaches our order board, and nothing on this page applies to it. The WhatsApp button simply opens a chat with the restaurant.

Prices

All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD), shown to three decimal places the way KD is normally written.

The price you see is the price you pay. We do not add a service charge, a booking fee, or a delivery fee at checkout — your total is simply the items and the options you chose.

Prices and the menu can change at any time. What binds us is the total shown when you confirm: that figure is recalculated on our server against the live menu at the moment you order, not taken from the page you were looking at.

When your order is accepted

Sending an order is a request, not a finished contract. It becomes an accepted order when the counter starts preparing it — you will see the status on your order page move to “Preparing”.

Until that point we may decline it: an item has run out, the kitchen is at capacity, or we are about to close. If you have already paid online and we decline, you are refunded in full.

Each order is given a short code, such as A047. Show it at the counter. Codes start again each day, so a code only identifies an order on the day it was issued.

Ordering hours

We accept orders from 8:00 AM until 4:00 AM the following morning, Kuwait time. Between 4:00 AM and 8:00 AM the site will not take an order — you can still browse the menu, and the basket you built is kept for when we reopen.

Availability

Items sell out. If something in your basket is no longer available when you confirm, we tell you which item it is so you can remove it and send the rest.

Nutrition information and allergies

Calories and macros on the menu are estimates provided by the restaurant, for guidance. Where a serving basis is stated — “per 150 g”, for example — the numbers refer to that amount. Items we have no figures for say so, rather than showing a zero.

None of it is medical or dietary advice. Dishes are prepared in a shared kitchen, so we cannot guarantee that any dish is free of a particular allergen. If you have an allergy, please speak to the counter before ordering.

Paying

  • At the counter — cash, or the KNET card machine at the till.
  • Online — KNET or card through MyFatoorah, when that option is offered at checkout. You are taken to MyFatoorah's own secure page to pay, and we never handle your card details.

Nothing leaves the counter unpaid — an order is handed over only once it has been paid for. An order marked “pay at the counter” may be prepared before you arrive, so that it is ready when you get here; you pay at the till when you collect it. An order you chose to pay for online is not started until your payment comes through — and if you change your mind, you can still pay at the counter.

Cancellations and refunds

Set out in full on our Refund & Cancellation Policy page. In short: an unpaid order the kitchen has not started can be cancelled from your own order page; after that, call us — and anything you have already paid comes back to you by the same route you paid it.

Using the site properly

Please do not place orders you have no intention of collecting, submit somebody else's phone number, or interfere with the site or the order board. We may refuse service and cancel orders where that happens.

Availability of the site

We do our best to keep the site up, but we cannot promise it will never be down. If it is unavailable during our opening hours, the restaurant is still there — call us or come in.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed.
